By using City Strokes services or participating in our courses, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please review them carefully before registering.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Participants under 18 must provide parental or guardian consent.

3. Use of Course Materials

All course materials, including guides, videos, and tutorials, are the intellectual property of City Strokes and are for personal use only.

Prohibited Actions:

Sharing, copying, or redistributing materials without prior written permission.
Using course content for commercial purposes.

4. Artwork Submissions

Participants retain full rights to their original sketches and artwork created during the course. However, by submitting artwork for evaluation or group discussion, you grant City Strokes a non-exclusive license to feature your work in educational or promotional contexts with appropriate credit.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm registration.
Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days before the course begins. Refunds after the start date are granted only in exceptional circumstances.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Respect instructors and fellow learners.
Engage responsibly and follow instructions during practical sessions.
Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

City Strokes is not responsible for:

Any personal injury, property damage, or loss during sketching sessions.
Outcomes of individual artistic projects or interpretations of course content.

Progress and results depend on personal effort and practice.

8. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust course content, schedules, or locations. Significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
